Haus Photos Starting at $115
Our Haus Photos are the keystone product of the company. Suitable for professionally marketing any listing. Stunning and tasteful HDR images accurately capture your listing with exceptional detail. You receive 35-50 photos that accurate and beautifully convey your listing. Our Haus Photos are promptly delivered within 24hrs. The $115 price is for listings up to 1000sqft. There is an increase for every additional 1000sqft increment. 1000-2000sqft - $125, 2000-3000sqft - $150, etc.
Twilight Photos $100
Our Twilight Photos are taken in Haus Photo Co.'s premium time slot, from sunset to dusk. These photos are an excellent way to make your listing stand out and communicate to your viewers that this listing has been given some special attention. Glowing interior lights against the backdrop of the desert at sunset make for dramatic and beautiful images. These extra photos can show your potential buyers the majestic purple glow of the mountains, or the twinkling lights of the city.
Aerial Photos $100
Aerial Photos are an incredible way to elevate your listing by showcase the geographic context of your property. These stunning images convey the location of the property whether its mountainside, on a 100 acre ranch, or right off the golf course. Aerial photos are also a great way to feature rooftop solar panels or highlight a private backyard oasis with no neighbors. Aerial Photos come in 5 ($100 or $75 when bundled with Haus Photos), 10 ($150) and 25 ($200) image packages.

The Haus Aerial Video is a great way to emphasize the location, privacy, and or natural beauty, of your listing. This Haus Enhancement takes your potential buyers on a birds eye journey around the property, showcasing stunning mountain views, a private retreat at the base of mount lemon, or proximity to a beautiful golf course. Our Aerial Video comes with 5 complimentary aerial photos and is delivered in both MLS compatible and personally branded formats within 48hrs.
Slideshow Video

Our slideshow video uses the Haus Phots to create a short video that feels like a walkthrough video. These are edited with royalty free music and allow the viewer to get a feel for the flow of the house. When you purchase these you receive an MLS compliant version as well as a branded version with the address and contact information for you to post to your social media. These videos can also be posted to Zillow as your Zillow video and can be added any time after the appointment to give your listing a refresh. Slideshow videos are delivered within 48 hours of ordering.
Quick Video

The Quci video is a one-two minute video shot on an iPhone 15 Pro Max. We take your potential buyers on a smooth tour by using the latest stabilizers and a wide angle lenses. These quick videos provide viewers with more spacial context of the home and can highlight a freshly upgraded kitchen, a spacious great room, or a beautifully landscaped back yard. This product must be purchased with Haus Photos.

The NEW Zillow 3D home tour is another exclusive Zillow Product that helps drive viewers to your listing on Zillow. Zillow has recently adjusted these Zillow 3D tours to become MLS compliant. We will do a full 360 panorama with Zillow’s proprietary 3D tour app, of ten locations. This allows potential buyers to experience standing in the home with a full 360º look for themselves. This product must be purchased with Haus Photos. (UPDATE - Due to the COVID 19 outbreak we are temporarily allowing these to be ordered as stand alone products)
